Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects and portfolios. You will drive strategy, align contracts with schedules and budgets, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires mentoring other project managers, delivering on safety, quality, and financial targets, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve margin and growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive electrical construction/project experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale portfolios from initiation to closeout.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization skills.
• Excellent client management and executive communication.
• Mentor Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects with schedule and budget alignment.
• Own P&L, budget development, forecasting, risk management and cost control.
• Develop strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as executive-level client liaison and maintain key relationships.
