Job summary

Collaborate with Marketing Communications on campaigns and assets, engage KOLs and customers, and travel regionally/global up to 25% to advance growth and market understanding.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
- MBA or PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales in microscopy/Academic Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of microscopy techniques and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NA go-to-market strategy for Academic Life Sciences and related subsectors.
- Translate insights into market-development plans with objectives, initiatives, timelines and success measures.
- Create differentiated value propositions and customer-facing content across product lines.
- Enable sales with insights, tools, and content and support launches with training.
- Engage customers, KOLs, and partners to expand opportunities.
- Travel regionally/globally up to 25% as needed to support markets.
