Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• Elevated hourly role focused on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Experience with merchandising and store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and merchandise on the selling floor.
• Lead colleagues in completing assigned tasks and delivering service.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and register handling.
• Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and tools.
