Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Selling and Support Captain to lead customer service, merchandising and brand loyalty on the selling floor. As an elevated hourly colleague, you will drive results through promotional and Omni selling initiatives under the supervision of a People Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
