Job summary

Macy's, Inc. is hiring for a Selling and Support Captain to serve as a customer-focused leader on the selling floor in a full-time role.

You will support merchandising initiatives, drive brand loyalty, and deliver exceptional service aligned with Macy’s standards. Under supervision of People Leaders, you will coach colleagues, manage tasks, and promote the Macy’s app to enhance the in-store experience as part of our Omni-channel strategy.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising to support store presentation.
• Ability to build and sustain brand loyalty through customer experiences.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and product information.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining store standards.
• Promote and explain Macy's promotions and Omni-channel initiatives.
• Provide fast and friendly service to resolve issues.
• Educate customers on Macy's mobile app and self-checkout features.
• Collaborate with People Leaders to plan daily tasks.
