Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of self-storage facilities in Georgia. You will handle unit rentals, truck sales, merchandise, and customer service, while maintaining property maintenance and security.

The role emphasizes high occupancy, sales, and excellent tenant interactions. You’ll drive service quality, coordinate daily transactions, and supervise staff across locations with a focus on safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with some P&L exposure.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone/face-to-face communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, learn new apps and POS systems.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenant needs.
• Generate sales and maintain occupancy through advertising and relationships.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits, and customer calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and offering storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell.
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications with compassion.
• Maintain curb appeal, safety, cleanliness, and perform minor maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
