Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily self-storage facility operations. You will handle unit rentals, merchandise sales, and exceptional customer service, while maintaining property upkeep and security. The role involves driving occupancy and revenue through active marketing and client relations.

This on-site position requires physical work, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work at multiple locations. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing work with profit-and-loss involvement (unless recently graduated).
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person or by phone to meet tenants’ needs.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits and customer calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and offering storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell other facilities.
• Assist with auction preparations, communicating with tenants with compassion.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure safety, cleanliness, and minor maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
