Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a vertically integrated real estate firm specializing in self-storage, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations at our facilities. You will manage rentals, upsell services, and ensure a clean, secure, well-maintained property with excellent customer interactions.

You’ll need 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (or recent bachelor's graduate), a HS diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment or recent bachelor’s graduate with related internships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be technically savvy and able to learn new applications and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and over the phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Maintain high occupancy through effective advertising and customer relations.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls; show and rent units.
