Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with profit-and-loss exposure.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relationships.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and offering storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule trucks, and cross-sell other facilities.
• Assist with auctions and tenant communications with compassion.
• Maintain curb appeal; perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; travel to locations as required.
