Prime Storage Group seeks a General Manager to lead daily self-storage operations and drive tenant satisfaction. You will handle unit showings, rentals, and merchandise sales while maintaining secure, clean facilities and contributing to strong customer reviews.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a High School diploma or GED, plus strong communication and team skills. Competitive pay, benefits, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with revenue responsibility
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by phone

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenant needs
• Generate sales and maintain occupancy through advertising and relationships
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and calls
• Show and rent units and offer best storage solutions
• Upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell services
• Maintain curb appeal and perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Support travel and work at multiple locations as needed
