Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, via Prime Storage Group, seeks a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of self-storage facilities. You will drive unit rentals, merchandise sales, and curb appeal while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.

As a proactive team player, you will manage staff, coordinate maintenance, handle deposits and collections, and uphold company standards to maximize occupancy and performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with P&L exposure or recent bachelor grad.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; technically savvy and quick to learn new apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Drive sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relationships.
• Oversee daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls.
• Show and rent units; upsell insurance and merchandise; schedule moving trucks.
• Support auction prep and tenant communications with empathy; maintain curb appeal and safety.
