Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager for Prime Storage Group to lead daily self-storage facility operations, rentals, and truck movements. You will build strong customer relationships, drive occupancy, and ensure secure, well-maintained properties across Lehi-area locations.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, a high school diploma, and experience with POS systems and Outlook. Travel to multiple sites and lifting up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with P&L exposure.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook.
• Physically able to perform daily maintenance tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations, including Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to tenants.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relationships.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits, and customer calls.
• Show and rent units, assess tenant needs, and offer storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell.
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications.
• Maintain exceptional service and contribute to positive reviews.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, secure, and perform minor maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
