Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leader in self-storage, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Dallas, GA location. You will rent units, greet customers, process payments, and maintain facility standards while delivering exceptional service.

In this frontline role, you’ll upsell moving supplies, manage accounts receivable, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the site, with opportunities for growth and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties daily such as walking the property, cleaning bathrooms, offices and hallways, and operating power tools.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivables through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property at all opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance per company standards and performance expectations.
• Inspect the property, including lock checks.
