Prime Group Holdings, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group’s self-storage facilities. You will rent units, handle inquiries, and maintain accounts while building strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes sales, service excellence, and hands-on maintenance to support daily operations.

You’ll work at multiple sites, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to store standards, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Formación

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with POS systems and new applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel and work at multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Upsell moving products and advise on unit sizing.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain features and benefits of the property to customers.
• Address issues promptly and maintain service quality.
• Support cleanliness and appearance standards across facilities.
• Inspect properties, perform lock checks, and assist with maintenance.
