Prime Group Holdings, LLC in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage facilities. You will rent units and trucks, convert inquiries, and perform daily cash handling with a focus on superior customer service.

This on-site role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, maintaining site cleanliness, supporting maintenance tasks, and contributing to sales and performance goals across multiple locations.

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally; sell features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Inspect the property and ensure cleanliness and safety.
