Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leader in self-storage, seeks an Assistant Manager for its Prime Storage Group locations. You will rent units, handle inquiries, process payments, up-sell moving products, and maintain site upkeep.

This frontline role emphasizes exceptional customer service and sales in a fast-paced setting. The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook.
• Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations, including 1800 Old Moody Blvd., Bunnell, FL 32110.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or in person.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain features and benefits of the property to customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and appearance meet standards.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
