Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group facilities. You’ll rent units, assist customers, and handle day-to-day operations across locations. This frontline role focuses on sales, service quality, and maintenance tasks.

Build lasting customer relationships, upsell moving supplies, and ensure clean, well-maintained properties while delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant, customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be tech-savvy with learning new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable and post payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Explain features and benefits of the property to customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and property appearance.
