Prime Group Holdings is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage facilities. In this frontline role you will rent units, upsell moving products, and ensure a high standard of customer service and facility maintenance.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Rent out self-storage units and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals.
• Process accounts receivable and daily deposits.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain facility appearance.
• Inspect property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
