Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at our self-storage properties. You will handle unit rentals, move-ins, and customer interactions, helping guests choose the right unit and services while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required
• Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily (walking the property, cleaning, maintenance tasks)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations

Aufgaben

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or in person
• Maintain accounts receivable and posting of payments
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions
• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Understand and sell features and benefits of the property
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Contribute to positive customer reviews and adherence to standards
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the property
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks
• Perform other duties as assigned
