Job summary

Stine Seed Company seeks an Independent Sales Representative to grow the territory across Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Steuben counties in New York. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, develop accounts, recruit new customers, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver sales programs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and retain relationships with growers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district sales goals.
