Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Marion, Boyle, Green, Taylor, Casey, Lincoln, and Pulaski counties. You will serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand in your territory.

Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products, manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and implement sales programs to meet district goals. Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide elite sales support.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and the ability to recruit and retain dealers.
• Ability to build relationships with growers and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
