Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Tioga, Susquehanna, and Bradford counties in Pennsylvania. You will serve as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand and drive seed sales in your territory.

You will develop agronomic knowledge of Stine products, manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide top-tier support. The role offers an established territory and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of agricultural experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques with strong negotiation abilities.
• Track record in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative with ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.
• Ability to build/maintain relationships with growers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers, directly or via a designated seller.
