Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Production Technician to support seed production operations at our Corteva site in the United States. You will operate process equipment, follow safety policies, and collect data to drive continuous improvement in production records.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work a rotating shift, use PCs and tablets, and collaborate with warehousing, field, and harvest teams. High attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or obtainable within one year.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to drive company vehicle for field locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Participate in field management and harvest activities as needed.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
