Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Technician to support seed production operations on site at Corteva locations. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan Work Instructions, and record data to support continuous improvement and reliable production outcomes.

Role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance support, warehousing tasks, and potential field activities. Strong emphasis on data collection and adherence to safety policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within one year of hire as a condition of employment
• Legal to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided
• Valid US driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle to field locations

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of process equipment following safety policies
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production records
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair efforts
• Lead or support a site safety program
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use
• Utilize automation and computerized systems (HMI, computers, iPads) to perform tasks
• Possible field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance, and logistical planning
• Assist with harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, and truck unloading
• Perform other duties as assigned
