Job summary

Vylor, Corteva location, is seeking a Production Technician to support seed production operations and ensure safety and quality. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and collect data for continuous improvement, while assisting with warehousing and field activities.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts including extended overtime, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or able to obtain GED within one year.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment safely following policies.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Lead or support site safety programs to enhance safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computer systems (HMI, PCs, tablets).
• Assist with harvest activities and field-related tasks.
