Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to support seed production operations at Corteva. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan work instructions, and collect data to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.

Work includes warehousing, field activities, and potential field management tasks. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to work rotating shifts are required. Relocation sponsorship is not offered, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Proficiency with computers and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate diverse process equipment while following safety policies.
• Record data for production records and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with warehousing tasks and field activities as needed.
• Support safety programs across the site.
