Job summary

Vylor in the United States is seeking a Production Operator to join our seed production team at our Corteva location. You will operate process equipment, follow quality plans, collect data, support PMs, and assist with warehousing and harvest activities while upholding strong safety practices.

You’ll work a rotating shift with overtime during seasonal peaks, be comfortable with technology (iPads, PC software), and help improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within one year.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic process equipment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of process equipment following safety policies.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and quality requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair tasks.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Utilize automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets, PCs) to perform tasks.
• Contribute to field management activities and liaise with external partners as needed.
• Assist harvest activities such as preparation and seed sampling.
