Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our Corteva location and help scale seed production safely and efficiently.

You will operate process equipment, use automated systems, and follow quality plans to ensure high production standards and traceable records within a collaborative team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are able to work rotating shifts including weekends, and possess strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license preferred for field or vehicle duties.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment per safety policies and SOPs.
• Record data for quality and continuous improvement.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including forklift operation.
• Contribute to field management activities as needed.
• Perform harvest-related tasks like seed sampling and truck unloading.
