Job summary

Vylor is hiring a Production Technician to join our on-site seed production operations. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan Work Instructions, and record data for continuous improvement.

The role supports maintenance, warehousing, and harvest activities while upholding strict safety standards and compliance. Ideal candidates offer a High School Diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or willing and able to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle to field locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following strict safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair work.
• Assist with warehousing activities, including forklift operations.
• Lead or support safety program initiatives across the site.
• Perform field management tasks such as scouting, planning, and coordinating with partners.
• Assist with harvest activities including preparation, seed sampling, and truck unloading.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
