Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or willing to obtain within one year of hire.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime during peak production periods.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with Quality Plan work instructions and requirements.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support a safety program to enhance site safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, PCs, iPads).
• Possibly perform field management tasks and maintain external partner relationships.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
