Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Corteva location is seeking a Production Technician to support seed production operations on-site. You will operate process equipment, follow detailed quality plans, and use automated systems to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes data collection for continuous improvement, preventive maintenance support, and participation in warehousing and harvest activities. A rotating shift and strong computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or willing to obtain within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with computers and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Continuous Improvement, Standardized Work).
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Agricultural experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run process equipment following safety and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support safety initiatives across the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use.
• Perform field management tasks and coordinate with external partners when needed.
