Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Maxton, NC is hiring a Production Technician to support seed production operations on-site. You will operate process equipment, follow strict safety and quality plans, and collect data for continuous improvement.

The role includes some warehousing tasks and using automated systems. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or able to obtain within one year.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays during seasonal peaks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment while following safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair work.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Potential to participate in field management and external partner coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
