Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to join our on-site seed production team. You will run process equipment, follow quality plans, and collect data to support reliable production outcomes.

You’ll participate in preventative maintenance, safety programs, and warehousing activities, including forklift tasks, with opportunities for field-related duties as needed. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willingness to obtain GED within 1 year.
• Comfortable with computers; proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Legal to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment per safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and batch records.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and repairs.
• Lead or support safety initiatives across the site.
• Assist with warehousing and forklift tasks; operate automation.
• Field activities may include scouting, planning, and partner liaison.
• Duties may include harvest preparation and seed handling.
