Job summary
Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our on-site Corteva operations. You will operate process equipment, follow quality plans, and support data collection for continuous improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities include warehousing support, field activities, and coordination with partners as needed. You’ll work with automation systems and contribute to safe, reliable production outcomes in a dynamic agricultural setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; GED within one year is acceptable.
- Willingness to rotate shifts, overtime, weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Operate process equipment following safety policies.
- Collect data for continuous improvement and production records.
- Support preventative maintenance and repair work.
- Assist with warehousing activities and forklift operation.
- Lead or support site safety programs.
- Assist with harvest activities such as seed sampling and truck unloading.
