Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain GED within one year if not currently held.
• Rotating shifts including weekends/holidays during seasonal peaks.
• Proficient with computers; comfortable with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail; able to multitask and stay organized.
• Proactive, able to communicate concerns and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support a defined safety program to enhance site safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets) to perform tasks.
• Possibly participate in field management activities such as scouting and logistics planning.
• Assist with harvest activities such as preparation and seed sampling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
