Job summary

Vylor, based in Renwick, Iowa, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support seed production at our on-site facility. You will operate process equipment, use automated systems, and follow quality plans to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or willing to obtain within one year.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment and automated systems following safety policies.
• Collect and record production data for QA and continuous improvement.
• Support preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Assist with warehousing and forklift operations.
• Participate in safety programs to protect people and products.
• Assist field activities such as logistics planning and coordination.
