Job summary

EY is seeking an STS Lab Service Manager at the Assistant Director level to own the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence, partnering with security architects and global teams to align roadmaps and funding.

You will define the service portfolio, manage intake, drive governance, and deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders, while ensuring compliance and cross-functional collaboration across IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven single accountable owner for a technology service, including budget, roadmap, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience designing intake and prioritization processes in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong financial governance skills: budget tracking, cost allocation, and variance reporting.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and dashboards on service health and finances.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and subscription cost management at a governance level.
• Experience coordinating across geographies and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Product & Service Ownership for the STS Lab service catalog and governance.
• Own intake and prioritization for lab requests; align demand with capacity and strategy.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering and tooling.
• Manage lab budget, track spend, and report financial health to leadership.
• Deliver regular lab performance reporting and governance metrics to stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for lab issues and blockers; manage stakeholder communications.
