Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Business Development Manager in Chicago to own the full new-business sales cycle for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions. This hybrid, full-time role offers an uncapped commission structure with an on-target earnings range of $175K–$250K for top performers who drive results.

The position requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven quota track record, and strong CRM discipline (Salesforce).

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with a quota track record.
Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions (CCTV, video surveillance, or remote monitoring).

Responsibilities

Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video security monitoring solutions.
Lead a disciplined, consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for Chicago, identifying high-value accounts.
Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff and post-sale success.
