Job summary

ECAM, a technology-driven security Solutions provider, seeks a Business Development Manager to own a defined Colorado territory. This role drives full-cycle sales—from prospecting to close—across CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring, with uncapped commission and an on-target earnings range of $175K-$250K for top performers who own their results.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with a consistent quota record.
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
CRM discipline with Salesforce preferred.
Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video security solutions.
Lead consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and ROI-focused business cases.
Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth.
