Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring solutions. This is a full-cycle, performance-based role with uncapped commission in a hybrid Dallas setting.

You will manage the complete sales process from prospecting through close, collaborate with operations and marketing, and partner with leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota
• Experience navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• CRM discipline and pipeline forecasting experience

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle for CCTV and video surveillance solutions
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and business case development
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and related tools
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale handoff and customer success
• Partner with BDR teams to improve GTM execution and conversions
• Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve
