Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in a remote US role. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions, with a focus on delivering measurable risk reduction and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for CCTV, video surveillance, and monitoring solutions.
• Lead a consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and ROI narratives.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations to position ECAM as a trusted partner.
