Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in the security technology space, including CCTV and live video monitoring. You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close and partner with operations, marketing, and sales leadership.

This role offers uncapped commission with an on-target earnings range of $175,000–$250,000, a base salary of $75,000, and a hybrid Miami-based work arrangement with

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new opportunities for ECAM’s CCTV and video surveillance solutions.
• Lead a consultative sales process including discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Develop persuasive business cases focused on risk reduction and cost savings.
• Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan identifying high-value verticals.
• Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to ensure smooth post-sale handoff.
