ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined Dallas territory and drive profitable new business growth in CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring solutions.

The role offers uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $175K–$250K, a hybrid work arrangement in Dallas, TX, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close and collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota attainment.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals and complex procurement processes.
• CRM discipline with forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and forecast regularly.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth.
