Metro One is seeking a Talent Specialist in Washington, DC to recruit security personnel for our national client base. You will determine hiring needs, build staffing models, and manage end-to-end recruiting from posting ads to interview panels.

The role requires 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ability to travel locally up to 70%, and willingness to participate in pre-employment screenings. We offer health, dental, and vision benefits and opportunities for growth.
