Job summary

Cadient, LLC recruits for security staffing and other field roles in the United States. You will develop recruiting plans, conduct interviews, manage applicant pipelines, and participate in job fairs (in-person and virtual) to secure qualified candidates.

You will screen applicants, coordinate follow-up interviews, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with partners and operations to boost applicant flow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two or more years of progressively responsible business experience in recruiting or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years recruiting and sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and candidate screening processes are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential recruiting sources for Security Officers and other staff.
• Conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates for screening.
• Manage candidate pipelines and document progress in ATS.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans and advertising strategies.
