Trusted Hub Ltd is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for operational roles and support general HR functions in the Washington, DC area.

You will manage candidate assessments, coordinate with hiring managers and agencies, and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and policies to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR operations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in tracking candidate statuses and documentation.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Empathetic and professional approach to handling employee matters and grievances.
• Ability to follow strict administrative procedures, compliance requirements, and security clearance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: End-to-End Hiring, coordinate candidate progress, and manage compliance tracking.
• People Operations & General HR: Onboarding & Offboarding, employee relations, policy & handbook management, and general HR administration.
