Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high volume workplace.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient MS Office tools and experience with ATS (iCIMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fill vacancies with managers, maintain vacancy logs.
• Close vacancies quickly (≤30 days).
• Meet recruitment goals for quarter/year.
• Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing; administer tests.
• Work with operations on recruitment plans for new contracts.
• Develop candidate pool in advance of need.
• Post openings in professional venues and on the Internet.
• Create a monthly recruitment calendar and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Ensure licensing requirements are completed.
