• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid programming skills and ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non‑routine customer service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace defective parts.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and job cost tracking.
