Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a motivated Security Service Technician to join our growing team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role focuses on servicing and maintaining electronic security systems, delivering world-class customer service, and upholding Convergint's safety standards.

You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with project teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred in electronics/security or building automation.
• Experience with electronic security systems and fire/life-safety concepts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls and maintenance on a timely basis; diagnose, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and provide accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Communicate with customers and team members to improve overall operations and ensure safety compliance.
