Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support customers by responding to service calls, maintenance, and small projects. You will diagnose, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as needed while upholding our safety policies.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience with access control systems (AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, CCURE, S2), a valid driver’s license, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, CCURE, S2.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and maintenance for security systems.
• Diagnose, repair, replace defective parts and install projects as needed.
• Document detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with team to cross-train and support customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
